In 2017, Rapids Tumble Finish became a part of the IST family of companies that allows us to offer quicker turnaround times while maintaining the quality results our customers expect. Rapids Tumble Finish has capabilities for vibratory finishing, shot blasting, pickle and oil and zinc phosphate coating all under one roof.  We have various sizes and media to vibratory finish different types of steel and aluminum manufactured parts. Our zinc phosphate coating line uses either a light or heavy coating of zinc phosphate according to the OEM specifications. RTF uses various media in our shot blasting process to remove heat treat scale, rust or surface imperfections.
